With my help, you will learn how to build up each artwork using layers of paint and a limited colour palette. Each painting will be a little more challenging than the last, but don't worry! I use the same method each time to make sure you have a clear understanding of the painting process.

This particular class is an ideal choice for anyone who is new to this subject and requires some assistance, as well as those who prefer to follow each step closely. We will be using only a few colours from a limited palette, and we will begin with a straightforward reference image.
Additionally, you are free to pause, rewind, or re-watch each video as many times as you need to.
Class One
We start with a simple field study to learn the steps involved in creating an expressive landscape in acrylic.
Class Two
In the second class, we will create this colourful backlit forest. It is a little more challenging but builds on the skills you learned in class one.
Class Three
In this final class, we will paint a more complicated beach scene with water and pebbles.

Once you have finished all three classes you can watch a bonus video of me painting another landscape artwork in Oil using the same techniques learned in this class.
